A bomb has exploded outside a court in the town of Tolosa in Spain's northeastern Basque region.
Reports said the blast came shortly after a warning call claiming to be from the Basque separatist group ETA just after 1 am local time. Police cordoned off the area and there were no reports of any injuries although some houses nearby were damaged by the blast. ETA is blamed for the deaths of over 800 people in its 40-year campaign of bombings and shootings for an independent Basque homeland.
