A bomb has exploded outside a court in the town of Tolosa in Spain's northeastern Basque region.
The Basque separatist group ETA phoned in a warning half an hour before the bomb went off, just after 1:00 am. Police cordoned off the area, but there were no reports of any injuries. ETA is blamed for the deaths of over 820 people in its 40-year campaign of bombings and shootings for an independent Basque homeland.
