China has successfully launched a three-man crew into space, including an astronaut who will make the country's first spacewalk. The Shenzhou 7 spacecraft, China's third manned mission, blasted off on Thursday evening from northwestern China.
The government said the spacecraft had adjusted its orbit early Friday in preparation for the spacewalk later in the day.
