Dozens die in Egypt train crash ... A ministry spokesman said they were being held in a border region between Sudan, Libya and Egypt. He added that there were no plans for any rescue operation that could harm the hostages. The tourist group, which includes five Germans, five Italians, a Romanian and their local guides, was seized by unidentified gunmen close to the border with Sudan. The kidnappers are reportedly demanding a ransom of up to 15 million euros.
