Finnish police say they have disarmed a gunman who went on a shooting rampage at a vocational school in a small town in western Finland.
Finnish media said several people may have been killed at the establishment in Kauhajoki. Police have cordoned off the site and are evacuating the building which was filled with some 200 students when the shooting started. The incident comes almost a year after a gunman killed eight people and himself at a school in southern Finland.
