Singh made the announcement during a visit to New Delhi by Afghan President Ahmed Karzai whose administration is facing resurgence by Taliban militants. Kabul has repeatedly accused Pakistan of clandestinely supporting the Taliban. Last weekend at a south Asian regional conference in Sri Lanka, Indian officials said Pakistan's premier Yousuf Raza Gilani had agreed to "look into" the bombing which killed 58 people in July, including two Indian diplomats. Analysts say Pakistan is worried about India's rising influence in Afghanistan.
