Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas has ordered the release of around 200 Hamas members arrested in the West Bank.
The move comes after Hamas released a number of Fatah captives in the Gaza strip. Tensions have flared between the rival Palestinian factions since an explosion last week killed five Hamas militants and a girl.
