Klaus decorated the couple for their care for physically and mentally handicapped children during a 23-year period of foster parenthood. According to the information CTK has obtained, the family then had eight children in their care, all of them physically or mentally handicapped. The handicapped children require demanding physical care that the family provided on an excellent level, the Presidential Office said three years ago when the couple received the presidential award. The foster parents were even making savings for the children to ensure their future. Lubomir Rosner is 55-year old and Blazena Rosnerova is six year younger than her husband.
