Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama has returned to the US after his factfinding tour of the Middle East and Europe.
The last stop of the eight-nation tour was Britain, where he held talks with Prime Minister Gordon Brown in London. After the meeting, Obama told a press conference in front of 10 Downing Street that they had discussed ways to strengthen trans-Atlantic relations. He said talks also touched on climate change, international terrorism and the global financial crisis. Meanwhile Obama's rival in the race to the White House, John McCain has sought to highlight Obama's failure to visit wounded troops from the Iraq and Afghanistan wars at the Man charged with French murders ...
