US presidential hopeful Barack Obama has arrived in Paris on the latest leg of his world tour.
His stop in the French capital comes a day after he addressed a crowd of 200,000 cheering fans in Berlin. In Paris, the Democrat senator will hold talks with French President Nicolas Sarkozy before traveling to London in the evening to see British Prime Minister Gordon Brown and former prime minister Tony Blair. Obama's travels are intended to bolster his foreign policy credentials ahead of the US presidential vote in November. The Illinois senator will return home to Chicago on Saturday.
