The 21-year-old man who faces life imprisonment in Britain probably did not commit any crime in the Czech Republic, the paper writes. Czech police detained him in cooperation with Interpol.
The young man is suspected of 16 criminal offences. "In the years 2003-06 he was selecting on Internet servers 12-13 years old girls whom he promised car drives during which he raped them," Pavla Kopecka, spokeswoman for the national criminal police, told Pravo. The man is also suspected of making and possessing child pornography and other criminal offences.
