Pavel Bret, director of the Institute for the Documentation and Investigation of the Crimes of Communism (UDV), Rudolf Pavlicek, former member of the national committee in Trtice, west Bohemia, signed the decision to confiscate the property and to move out private farmer Karel Horacek. Therefore it is not possible to exactly say how many farmers were affected. A central register was only kept on the resettlement in 1951-53.
