Israeli forces kill 17 Palestinians in Gaza ... the two soldiers, Ehud Goldwasser and Eldad Regev, sparked an invasion of Lebanon by Israel that lasted more than a month. Under the terms of the deal, Israel will release five Hezbollah prisoners and hand over almost 200 bodies of Hezbollah and Palestinian fighters. The prisoner swap has been coordinated by the International Committee of the Red Cross. The Lebanese cabinet has declared Wednesday a national holiday.
