Czech KDU-CSL head to release decision on halting his prosecution ... was accused of corruption but after a few months the prosecution was halted under unusual circumstances and much of his property remained unclear. Cunek stepped down over the accusations as deputy prime minister and local development minister last November but rejoined the cabinet this April. Foreign Minister Karel Schwarzenberg (for the Greens) was rather mistrustful of Cunek and had an audit of Cunek's property carried out by a foreign audit company. He conditioned his own remaining in the cabinet on the audit outcome. Schwarzenberg reportedly received the audit's result earlier this week and is studying it. Speculations have appeared that the result is not favourable for Cunek, but no one has officially confirmed it for now. Cunek today said he does not know the audit result.
