They face two to eight years in prison, if found guilty. Kula said he believes the documents he sent to the police will prove his innocence. Justice Minister Jiri Pospisil said on Friday he would dismiss Kula if the police concluded that his continued holding the post might threaten the case investigation. The order for jammers in another five prisons was requailified as classified and no tender was launched. Last year, the deputies from the control committee of the Chamber of Deputies concluded that the prison service did act in harmony with law in the jammers purchase and opted for a bad solution.
