An explosion in a 12-storey building in the Russian city of Sochi has killed at least two people and injured nine others. Investigators said the blast, which destroyed four floors of the appartment building, may have been caused by an explosive device. The incident comes after a small explosive device detonated in Sochi last month, killing one person.
