Spanish soccer fans have been celebrating their country's win at the European Championship, after their team defeated Germany 1-0 in the final played in Vienna. This is the country's first major soccer title in 44 years.
Here in Germany, the loss was greeted with disappointment. Following the match, head coach Joachim Lцw praised his team's play in the tournament but conceded that Spain was the better team on the night. Fernando Torres was voted man of the match after scoring the game's only goal in the 33rd minute.
