Puta has already been sentenced for two years in prison for a brutal attack at a Prague rescuer team. He also faces the charges of the abduction and murder of a Czech businessman. The Berdych gang is suspected of murders, robberies and extortion of rich entrepreneurs and of having been behind attacks on lorries in 1995-2004.
