Witness changes story on Fujimori ... Merkel's tour will be highlighted by a European Union-Latin American summit in Peru's capital later in the week. More than 60 state representatives will be meeting in Lima to discuss economic ties, climate change and ways and means of combating poverty in Latin America. The German chancellor, who is accompanied by a business delegation, will also be paying state visits to Mexico and Colombia.
