German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier has started his five-day visit to Russia.
After opening an economic forum in Yekaterinburg he will speak on German-Russian relations at the city's university. In the evening he will be meeting his Russian counterpart, Sergei Lavrov.
