In all, 14 million crowns will go to the Czech Provincial Reconstruction Team (PRT) in Afghanistan and 36 million crowns to finance civilian projects in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Iraq, Kosovo, Liberia, and Palestine. It is not yet clear to what missions the remaining 65 million crowns will go.
According to the Foreign Ministry, the decision will be made later. NATO Requests German Troops for Combat Role in Afghanistan ... in Afghanistan where about 200 soldiers and ten civilian experts have operated as of mid-March. According to the Foreign Ministry, they help ensure the stable environment and security in the conditions that do not yet allow the Afghan government and international organisations to implement wide-scaled reconstruction activities without military support.
