The Constitutional Court today dealt with the social part of the divided proposal by opposition Social Democrats (CSSD) deputies for the abolition of the finance reform that the centre-right government pushed through. The abolition of a few sentences of the law is the court's first interference in the reform. The court has kept unchanged the tax part of the reform. It has not yet ruled on the health care part, including the fees people pay in cash in surgeries, hospitals and pharmacies.
