Almost 500 Czech same sex couples married ... tout the project as technologically superior to the American GPS system. On Monday they endorsed the creation of an EU oversight panel. To date only one Galileo satellite is in space. A second experimental satellite will be launched from Kazakhstan on April 27. The 30-satellite project is due to be operational by 2013.
