Spain criticised for energy deal ... according to a statement by Spain's foreign ministry. Spanish sources said the crew was made up of 13 Africans and 13 Spaniards, and that the boat suffered "some damage" in the attack but was "navigable". The vessel is reportedly heading towards Somalia. The incident comes a few days after a Paris court charged six Somalis with hijacking a French luxury yacht in the same area earlier this month. Last year, more than 25 ships were seized by pirates in Somali coastal waters.
