Fierce Gaza clashes break out ... One of the Palestinians killed was a cameraman working for Reuters News Agency, who died when his vehicle was hit by an Israeli rocket. An AFP news agency photographer who was driving behind the Reuters vehicle said it had been clearly labelled with TV and press stickers. The Israeli military said it was looking into the incident. The journalists were in the area reporting on an air raid on a refugee camp in southern Gaza, in which at least eight Palestinian civilians were killed.
