An explosion at the construction site of a hydroelectric power plant in central Turkey has left four workers dead, the state-run news agency says.
Five workers were injured in the incident, Anatolia reported.

CNN Turk reported that the four workers were drowned after a water gate at the hydroelectric plant burst.
A valve on a pipeline broke, releasing pressurised water which swept away the workers, the channel said.
One worker remained unaccounted for, CNN added.
The power plant was owned by a private company, said the governor, Mehmet Niyazi Tanilir, Reuters reported.
Workers' safety in Turkey has recently come under closer scrutiny in the wake of a number of fatal accidents at shipyards in Istanbul.
